We provide a complete, in-house solution for the fabrication of custom stainless steel tanks, managing the entire lifecycle from design for manufacturability (DFM) to final delivery. Our 160,000+ sq. ft. facility is equipped with advanced machinery to ensure your project is built to print and to the highest quality standards.

Plate & Sheet Rolling

With the capacity to roll cylinders up to 10 ft long and 5/8″ thick, we form the shells and components for tanks of significant scale.

Press Brake Forming

Our 660-ton press brake allows us to form heavy plate and long components for tank heads, bases, and structural elements with precision.

Code & Manual Welding

The integrity of any tank lies in its welds. Our team of over 60 AWS and ASME IX certified welders are masters of their craft, with deep expertise in the GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) processes required for sanitary and pressure-retaining applications.

Robotic & Laser Welding

For high-volume projects or components requiring exceptional consistency and minimal heat distortion, we leverage our 5 robotic welding cells and advanced laser welding systems.

Pickling and Passivation

Our large-scale spray pickling booth ensures maximum corrosion resistance for stainless steel surfaces, performed in accordance with ASTM A380 standards.

Bead Blasting

We provide uniform, non-directional surface finishes in our dedicated 34′ bead blast booth.
