AWS Certified Welding Inspection (CWI)

Our on-staff AWS CWIs are the gatekeepers of weld quality. They visually inspect and verify every critical weld to ensure 100% code compliance before any product is released, preventing costly rework and ensuring structural integrity.

ASNT Level III NDT Leadership

An in-house ASNT Level III expert provides master-level oversight. This individual develops, qualifies, and oversees all NDT procedures (e.g., PT, VT) and is responsible for training and certifying our Level II inspection personnel.

Positive Material Identification (PMI)

We confirm the integrity of our raw materials from the start. Using state-of-the-art XRF analyzers, we perform PMI to verify the alloy composition of materials, ensuring full traceability and preventing material non-conformance.
