Why Partner with a Specialty Alloy Fabrication Expert?
Choosing a fabricator for high-nickel alloys is a critical extension of the engineering process. A non-specialist can introduce hot cracking by running too much heat into Hastelloy, or cause sensitization in AL-6XN by exceeding interpass temperature limits. These failures destroy the corrosion resistance your engineer specified the alloy for in the first place. Our welding procedures, qualified per ASME BPVC Section IX for each specific alloy, control heat input, shielding gas coverage, and interpass temperatures to preserve the metallurgical properties that make these materials worth their cost.

We Mitigate Manufacturability Risk
Our deep experience prevents the costly failures and delays that occur when fabricators cannot meet the tight tolerances and complex weld procedures required for materials like Hastelloy C-276 and AL-6XN.
We Guarantee Metallurgical Integrity
We enforce rigid controls over every thermal operation, from welding to hot forming, to prevent hot cracking, sensitization, and loss of corrosion resistance.
We Deliver Verifiable Quality
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified and ASME-compliant fabricator, we provide the documentation and traceability required for your most critical quality audits.Quality Assurance & Verification for Specialty Alloy Components
We build trust through verification.
Our ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System incorporates alloy-specific inspection points to guarantee compliance and performance.
ASME Code Compliance
We fabricate components with welding procedures qualified to ASME BPVC Section IX for each specific alloy grade.Alloy-Matched Post-Weld Treatment
We perform alloy-matched post-weld solution annealing and chemical cleaning per ASTM A380 and A967.Positive Material Identification (PMI)
Our inspectors use handheld PMI analyzers to verify the grade of all incoming specialty alloy raw materials.Comprehensive Documentation
We provide full documentation packages, including Material Test Reports (MTRs).Quality and Compliance as a Cornerstone
For our partners in regulated industries, meticulous documentation and verifiable quality are non-negotiable. Our entire operation is built upon a framework of rigorous quality assurance.
Challenge
A client required a complex manifold for a wastewater treatment facility, a component exposed to high chloride levels that put standard stainless steels at risk of stress corrosion cracking.Solution
We collaborated with the client, fabricating the assembly from Hastelloy C-276. Our CWI-supervised welding team executed all joints using qualified GTAW procedures, controlling heat input to preserve the material’s superior corrosion resistance.Outcome
The finished component shipped with a full documentation package: MTRs traceable to heat numbers, weld maps, NDE reports, passivation records, and dimensional inspection results. The assembly has been in service with zero corrosion issues.Restore and Protect Your Critical Assets
Our team is ready to review the specific requirements of your project. Whether you need to ensure regulatory compliance, maximize the lifespan of a large-scale fabrication, or solve a complex surface treatment challenge, we have the expertise and capacity to deliver.
